Testimonials

Dear Ivy and Tracy
We had a wonderful time in China thanks to your efficient organization - everything ran smoothly and we were impressed. We have never had a tour which was so well planned and executed.
Our guides were all good in their spoken English and their input made our holiday interesting and informative. They were flexible about the amount of time we spent in the various places we visited. Especially we enjoyed the guide in Beijing - Sunni and the one in Kunming - Evan. Mary in Shanghai was perhaps less enthusiastic we felt.
The food and restaurants were all good - the only hotel which fell short of the mark and was disappointing - was The Feng Ze Yuan in beijing which was disappointing in its facilities, the lack of pleasantness on the reception desk - and no one speaking English!
The food provided on our tours was always very good - with lots to eat....except for one very unattractive restaurant in Lijiang - which we objected to eating in - with so many attractive restaurants around, and the guide took us to another restaurant instead, which is very nice!
At times visits to factories - like enameling, tie dying, jade etc - can be tiring in that it takes time out of the tour day when we would really rather be doing other things. However we do understand that these places showcase local/minority groups handwork and crafts so we did not object.
We definitely would recommend and use your company again....thanks for making the holiday so smooth and enjoyable - you really took the stress out of traveling for us.
Regards
Carole
